Our Services

  • Special Education - IEP Meetings: We advise parents on the specific requirements and timelines of the process to request special education services. We attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings to advocate for our clients' interests. We can help you navigate through the process.
  • Special Education - Due Process Hearings & Compliance Complaints: If the IEP meeting does not yield the results you expected, if the school is not adhering to the IEP or if the IEP is proving ineffective, you have the right to appeal the decision or challenge the implementation both in an administrative process and in a due process hearing. We can represent you in both proceedings.
  • Education Law: If a public school threatens to suspend or expel your child, you have the right to challenge such actions. We can represent your child's interests in any disciplinary proceeding and subsequent appeal of the school's decision.
