Steven A. Greenburg has advised clients throughout northern California on education law matters since 1992.

We help parents and children seeking special educational services; we represent children in actions to challenge suspensions and expulsions; and we advise private schools to ensure their special education programs comply with federal and state legal requirements.

Steven Greenburg has over 22 years of experience as a special education attorney and learning disabilities clinic director. Since 1992, Mr. Greenburg has acquired extensive experience in most aspects of civil litigation. In addition to a law degree, he holds a master's degree in teaching. Mr. Greenburg represents parents and students throughout Northern California. His law firm places special emphasis on providing legal assistance to individuals with physical, emotional & learning disabilities who are entitled to services they are not receiving in school and school discipline cases. Consultations are offered in addition to representation.
